Refunds: In the event of seminar cancellation, full refund of registration fees will be provided. Requests for refund for participant cancellation must be made in writing, no refund for participant cancellation after February 5, 2007. (Participant substitution will be allowed.) No refunds will be provided for participant failure to complete certification examination
